Crossmatch Launches Field ID Verification and Mobile Device Management Solutions at International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference

DigitalPersona Commander mobile device management software,
launched by CrossMatch at ICAP 2015.
Livescan, mobile, and identity management solutions provider Crossmatch launched their new Mobile ID and Commander Identity Management solutions yesterday at the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) conference and exhibition (Chicago, October 24-27).

The company says that introducing these products offers law enforcement an integrated solution for mobile identity management and device administration, in the field.

Mobile ID is a highly configurable Android™-based application designed for rapid in-field identification and identity verification.  The application has an intuitive user interface for trouble-free input of biographic data and biometric capture processing and submission. Submission and response records are logged and clearly displayed for subject disposition.

Commander is a mobile device management solution capable of provisioning and administering a fleet of handheld devices, such as the Crossmatch Verifier® Sentry.  The solution provides a secure communications path from the handheld in the field to the secure server. Commander also functions as a Store and Forward for record submission and response processing and management to multiple AFIS.

"Crossmatch livescan and mobile solutions play a pivotal role in supporting the daily efforts of the law enforcement community," noted Richard Agostinelli, Crossmatch CEO.  "We have a long history of delivering innovative solutions that address the evolving needs and requirements of the law enforcement market."

Also being shown at IACP are the company's latest Guardian® ten-print and L Scan® palm print livescan devices for criminal booking and applicant background check processing.

Crossmatch is at booth #3218 in the exhibit hall.
